Château Saint Brice benefits from quality gravelly and clay-limestone soils where our vines, over 30 years old, can flourish .
Our main grape varieties such as Merlot , Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are all perfectly adapted to these types of soils and produce excellent quality grapes that allow our winemakers to produce unique and authentic great wines .
We use a traditional winemaking process with careful temperature control. Our harvest is harvested at optimal ripeness and then selected using an optical sorting table. We then perform low-temperature macerations to promote the extraction of the fruit and aromas from the grapes. Our production is then aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels under the supervision of an oenologist.
Our entire winemaking process is essential to high-quality production and allows us to offer wines that perfectly reflect the terroir and the know-how of our estate.
