VIVALDI VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO, VENETO 2019

70% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella

This Ripasso is a blend of three local grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. It is a harmonious, full-bodied and velvety wine with smooth tannins and well-balanced acidity. The aromas are complex with black fruits and spices. It is delicate and is a sort of premise for tasting an Amarone. It goes very well with game, braised meats and hard cheeses.

Vivaldi is an innovative and modern project, created to exclusively produce and distribute wines from a unique territory. The name means “Vini Valli di Verona” (Verona Wines Valley). The company was founded in 2004 by a famous oenologist Daniele Acco and it is located in the Valpolicella region in northern Italy. The selection of wines is made up of products of indisputable finesse, obtained thanks to great know-how and great inventiveness, essential ingredients for interpreting this terroir in all its diversity.
