Merlot 70% and Cabernet Sauvignon 30%
The cuvée made in honor of the first Mayor of Bordeaux elected by the Jurats of Bordeaux in 1208. In the year 1208 PETRUS LAMBERTINI entered the legend by refusing to deliver the keys of Bordeaux to the King of Castile, who came to conquer the country. In his honor the best plots of the Bordeaux vineyard were selected to produce an exceptional wine which today bears his name.
With its deep ruby red colour, this wine has a delightful bouquet of rich fruit with a hint of vanilla. Harmonious in the mouth and full of ripe fruit, its rounded tannins provide a very agreeable balance.
