It offers a wonderfully dense, purple-red colour. If you swirl the glass, this red wine reveals a high viscosity, which shows in clear church windows at the edge of the glass. To the nose, this Château Cantin red wine reveals all manner of dried plums, dried fruit, violets, roses and fruit breads. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, Mediterranean herbs, juniper, and lovage are added due to the aging in small wooden barrels.
