The great champagnes bearing the Carbon name owe their excellence to the exceptional quality of their grapes. Grandson of the 5th generation of Champagne winegrowers from the Champagne Devavry house, Alexandre decided to create his own Champagne House.Carbon takes care of the three grape varieties that make up Champagne. Grand Cru and Premier Cru for Chardonnay. Marne Valley for Pinot Noir, thus sharing its clay soils with the youngest, Meunier. After days and nights of reflection, the essence of Carbon became evident.
This blanc de blancs Premier Cru is a limited edition from the Carbon wine library. Inspired by the Bolide’s unprecedented driving experience and design, our ƎB.03 vintage features a two-tone exterior, composed of blue and black carbon fibers – a first in the Champagne CARBON collection for BUGATTI. The Bolide’s stunning “X” pattern, which dominates the front and rear of the car, is emblazoned on the right and left sides of the ƎB.03 bottle.
This vintage offers you a shiny and transparent pale gold color with silver reflections. The character of Chardonnay is faithful and very distinctive, the first scents reveal citrus notes such as lemon. Then come the aromas of white fruits, spring flowers (lily of the valley, honeysuckle, magnolia) on a slightly minty fatty base. Then the intensity becomes clearer towards yellow citrus fruits, toasted notes and some aromatic herbs. Finally, the density increases and we perceive the minerality of the terroir.
