Beni di Batasiolo is an Italian winery in the northwest region of Piedmont, best known for its range of Barolo wines and was formed by the Dogliani brothers in 1978. The estate has 106 hectares (261 acres) of vineyards of which 60ha (148 ac) are planted to Nebbiolo, Brachetto d’Acqui, Moscato d’Asti and Gavi.
The Roero Arneis dei Beni di Batasiolo is a white wine shows a bright straw yellow color, reveals an intriguing fruity bouquet, of white flowers and light hints of hay. On the palate it is balanced, fresh and with mineral notes in the foreground and with good persistence on the finish with a nice zucchini carbonara and with trout baked in foil.
