9 months of ageing in tonneaux (20% new oak) with frequent bâtonnage(on lees).
Pale straw colour. The bouquet reveals a fascinating concentration of white-pulped fruit scents, citrus notes and aromatic herbs. The palate shows great ripe fruit taste along with an excellent balance between freshness and minerality. A wine of great character and elegance.
Fresh notes of clementine and grapefruit with vanilla and balsamic hints on the bouquet. The palate is fresh, pleasant and well structured with rich layers of tropical fruit. Savoury with a long finish.
