The 2010 vintage of Château Lagrange is considered exceptional, this wine is a perfect representative of the wines of the appellation of Saint Julien in the Medoc. Château Lagrange 2010 is a wine of guard, it is today at its best potential and it can also be kept in cellar for another 4 to 7 in cellar.
The Château Lagrange appellation Saint Julien is 3rd Grand Cru Classé. It is one of the largest properties of Médoc with 120 hectares of vines. Château Lagrange’s wines, made from 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot, produce elegant wines with great finesse. The wines of Château Lagrange are always made with the greatest care which allows them to guarantee a constant quality of vintage vintages.
This 2010 vintage is typical of Saint-Julien combining elegance, depth and power. The nose offers aromas of Cassis, cocoa. Full and long in the mouth, the fruits dominate the woody, the finish is harmonious, it is a big Lagrange.
