Aromatic and full white wine with hints of tropical fruit, vanilla and fresh flowers. The wine is very pure and has a nice minerality. Due to the 80% sauvignon, the wine has a fresh attack, but due to the wood maturation, the wine is very expressive and buttery soft on the finish. Half of the wine has matured in new barrels, the other half in used barrels. Bottonage is done twice a week
Great with rich fish dishes, Asian cuisine and excellent with poultry
