STAR OF BOMBAY LONDON DRY GIN 750ml

The cousin to the world famous Bombay Sapphire gin, Star of Bombay is named after a 182 sapphire found in Sri Lanka, called the Star of Bombay. The gin has 2 extra botanicals on top of the usual 10 used by Bombay Sapphire , Ambrette Seeds and Bergamot Orange Peel. The producers also slow down the distillation for this gin to maximise the flavour of the botanicals. There is more earthiness and spice to this gin, and a longer finish. Bombay Sapphire fans will love this! We would recommend East Imperial Burma Tonic, garnished with Orange for a great G&T.
