In Japanese, Roku translates as the number six – a fact reflected by the distillery’s use of six local botanicals including sakura leaf and flower, sencha and gyokuro tea, sansho pepper and yuzu peel.
Cherry blossom and yuzu provides a citrussy and floral aroma. To taste, there’s a classic gin base plus characteristic Japanese botanical notes such as yuzu upfront and sansho pepper that brings a little spiciness to the finish. Serve with soda.

“One of the stand out gins from Japan and quickly making a huge name for itself. The flavours speak for themselves while the design is beautiful, making Roku a really good gin to consider if you are looking for a gift, or special treat.”
