This is made using selected botanicals such as Aronia Berry, Saffron, Pineapple, Butterfly Pea and Sweet Potato, all distilled in an exact order and temperature to create the black colour. The gin changes colour when tonic is added to it, from shades of red to purple. On the pallet, it is full bodied, chilling with a candied sweet potato and pineapple finish. The mouth feel is luxurious, velvety and ridiculously delicious.
