Gorgeous, supported by remarkable texture and tannins that are strong but tasty. Sapid, lively, spicy, with a very pleasant heat and after taste. Nice and balance acidity, very persistent

Sumptuous with important meats, gorgeous with game but fascinating with seasoned and tasty cheeses. Wonderful even if tasted alone, after meal.
