Osmoz Citrus Gin 700ml

Fresh, dynamic, concentrated, up-to-date… OSMOZ CITRUS is the carefully thought-out creation unveiled by Elodie VALLET. Made from grapes as were the very first juniper-based spirits, this gin remains in line with the eaux-de-vie produced by the family to this day. Beautifully composed, complex and harmonious, this 46% gin lends itself perfectly to consumption in cocktails, GIN FIZZ or GIN TONIC.

On the nose, OSMOZ CITRUS seems more accessible with fresh juniper notes complemented by citrus notes (orange and lemon). The balsamic and resinous notes are blurred in favor of subtle aromas of liquorice and fruit (apple, apricot).

This gin opens with fresher vegetal notes of cucumber and coriander, complementing the well-present citrus notes. The finish is fresh and spicy, ending on a subtle note of cloves and saffron.

On the palate, the attack is very floral, very typical of juniper, supple and oily. The aromatic notes evolve towards nuances of nuts (almonds). The orange, very present, brings a certain fresh bitterness.

The aromatic expression evolves towards blood orange. The finish is, for its part, very pleasant, very fresh, and above all very long.
