It is a special sake brewed by using 100% Hyogo Prefecture’s “Yamada Nishiki” sake rice and the famous water “Miyasui” as the brewing water, and carefully brewed with the “White Deer Heritage Steamed Rice Process” handed down by the Tamba Toshi brewers. The flavor is rich and rich, with a light taste and a refreshing and excellent aftertaste.
