Evans & Tate Pile Driver Shiraz has ripe plum, cherry and mulberry aromatics along with fragrant notes of rose petal providing a lovely floral lift. Subtle earthy aromas, savoury spices and fresh cedar from barrel maturation contributes intriguing complexity. Fresh, elegant and long with the rich, pure flavours of the Shiraz varietal filling the mouth. Fine, powdery tannins are a feature of the style resulting in a wine showing great balance and texture.
