Bright and ruby red in colour, with great intensity – this wine displays delicious hints of black cherry and plum on the nose, which overlays a slight touch of chocolate all integrating perfectly with the dark fruit flavours.
African and oriental dishes, roasts (lamb, beef), grilled meat, cheese (mild or hard cheeses), red fruits, chocolate (white or whole milk), white meat, game (deer, roe deer, wild boar), game poultry (duck, pheasant, goose, turkey, partridge, quail).
Serve chilled at 12-15 C
