Cocktail to try (Toasted Citrus Highball)

Ingredients
50 ml Dewar’s Illegal Smooth
25 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
20 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml Honey Water
100 ml soda water
Pink Grapefruit Wedge

Method
1.Add all liquid ingredients (except soda) to chilled highball glass
2.Add cubed ice and soda
3.Stir from bottom of glass
4.Garnish with pink grapefruit slice
