La vie en rose is the iconic cuvée of Roubine. The nose is seductive and reveals aromas of citrus and vine leaves. The mouth touch is suave, this rosé has a beautiful finesse and a slight mineral note as well as bitterness at the end of the mouth. A nice rosé in Côtes de Provence.
Château Roubine is located in Lorgues between the massifs of Esterel and Sainte-Baume, it is a property of 130 hectares including 72 vineyards. In Provençal, “Roubine” means “stream”, indeed the one who passes on the property conferring his name to the castle.
La Vie en Rose is a delicate, fresh and floral rosé. This organic pleasure wine will perfectly accompany your tastings as an aperitif or during a meal with your loved ones. You will quickly be seduced by the purity and delicacy of this wine.
This cuvée comes from a selection of plots of land cultivated in organic farming in Côtes de Provence, on a clay-limestone soil. And it is produced from a blend of grape varieties with Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle.
The harvest is done at night. This cuvée is made by pellicular maceration at low temperature for a few hours.

A light salmon pink color with grey reflections.An aromatic and complex nose with notes of vine leaves, citrus fruits and more floral notes of old roses.
