The 2014 vintage is a true representation of the great Médoc style: rich and complex yet displaying good tension and structure with dense tannins and good acidity. The fruit is ripe, intense. The wine coats the palate with elegance. The silky smooth tannins are complemented by distinctive liquorice notes. Nice freshness on the finish adds to the overall balance of the wine.
