Manual harvest. Main sorting on the plant and final sorting on table. Winemaking traditional Bordeaux Style. In stainless steel and thermo-regulated vats. Making in vats during 18 to 24 days. Oak barrel ageing (with 25% new) during 12 months.
Tasting notes: Roundness and fruity with a nose of black and red berries fruits. The frame is fine with a nice freshness.
