Chateau Berliquet is best served at 15.5 degrees Celsius, 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The cool, almost cellar temperature gives the wine more freshness and lift.
Nice red with quite distinct but soft tannins. Little acidity and it gives it a very round taste. Subtle berries, minerals, leafs, and hints of oak.
Medium finish Opulence of black fruits, Grand Cru classé C doesn’t mean much as this is a good wine indeed. Full of merlot goodness.
Packed in slim fit body of dark fruits, A bit spicy. Good long finish, still high in alcohol and big red fruits. Lovely wine to pair with great French cuisine.
