Traditional winemaking process. Temperature-controled fermentation and skin contact at 82 degrees for 3 weeks.
Aged for 14 months in oak barrels which are renewed by 20%.
Good Pessac-Léognan with an excellent price-quality ratio. On the nose and on the palate fruit dominated, with strawberries, red berries, vanilla, supported by some oak and pencil shavings and spices, well-structured, elegant with a nice finale.
