Unpeated Whisky
The classic laddie has been crafted by the master distiller Jim Mcewan from individually selected casks to showcase the classic, floral and elegant bruichladdich house style. The Islay whisky is home to many world-famous peated whisky. Conversely, Bruichladdich single malts are unpeated.
Made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, then matured by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak. The character of this whisky is smooth, clean, fresh and well balance within oak and barley.
Appearance: Goldish-yellowish warm bright, just like sunlight on fields of early summer barley.
Nose: The bouquet is brilliant. Opening with barley sugar and a hint of mint before leading into the most wonderful notes of freshly cut wile flowers, buttercup, daisy, meadowsweet, cherry blossom. A clean aroma with caramelized fruits, tangerine, lemon.
Palate: On the palate is refine and refreshing. Green fruit, brown sugar and sweet malt.
Finish: Finishing is warmth and soft. A whisky that get you keep drinking.
