86% Shiraz and 14% Malbec
aged 12 months in oak barrel
Sourced from a selection of vineyards in the Coonawarra, South Australia.
Machine picked, the fruit was fermented on skins and pumped over twice daily to ensure maximum extraction of colour and flavour. Once dry the wine was pressed and pumped to new and used oak barrels to complete malo-lactic fermentation.
Lifted aromas of blueberries and ripe forest fruits jumping from the glass with hints of herb and eucalypt.
A fresh palate with abundant juicy blue fruits and classy acid and tannins. The rich taste slides through the mouth with a delicate balance of spice and mulberry which hold on leaving you savouring for the next glass.
