Luzón Verdecillo takes its inspiration from a little bird of the same name. The wine is labelled with several designs in which the verdecillo (serin) appears in different positions. Like the serin, Luzón Verdecillo is light and friendly. An organic wine with little extraction, made to be fresh and fruity.
Luzón Verdecillo is fermented over a period of 6 to 8 days at a controlled temperature not higher than 24 ºC to preserve the fruity aromas of the variety. The maceration with the skins lasts between 2 and 4 days so that a fresh and fruity wine with little extraction is obtained.
