A nice Pauillac, with the nose showing a lot of red fruits (cherry, strawberry, raspberry and berry) and eventual smoke and leather after a 1 hour decant. Pleasant on the palate with red-dark fruits and a soft luscious feeling in the mouth. Tannins melt away after a while and it’s refreshing, not heavy. Paired well with rib steak steak and grilled portobello mushrooms and peppers.
